The hotel's location is great, but noise from rooms and airport can be bothersome. Staff are friendly, but manager not onsite and some snobbish. The dining experience is enjoyable, especially the shabu-shabu. Overall, a decent value for the money.

Fabian, the bellboy, provides exceptional service, while the general courtesy throughout the hallways is commendable. Dining is top-notch, offering authentic dishes, and the facilities are well-maintained.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very noisy due to the proximity to the airport, but after moving to another room, it improved. The location was convenient and centered in Culiacan, providing large rooms and good attention.
